Hi there! I’m Courtney, a registered dietitian, health reporter, and founder of Courtney Butts Nutrition.

I created the 21-Day Reset Challenge because I’ve been where you are—feeling sluggish, bloated, and stuck at the end of summer. I know how it feels, and I also know how to help you feel better, lighter, and more energized in just three weeks.

Why trust me? I bring both evidence-based expertise and empathy. For years, I’ve helped real people build habits that stick—without cutting out the foods they love. One of my personal favorite reset meals? A veggie-packed omelet with fresh berries for dessert—simple, satisfying, and energizing.
