What you'll get:

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • BI-MONTHLY ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS - 6 TOTAL SESSIONS OVER 12 WEEKS

    One session every other week

    • ONE introductory session/assessment

      • Comprehensive nutrition assessment

      • 1 hour of Courtney’s undivided attention

    • FOUR follow up sessions

      • To keep you accountable and on track

      • 15-minutes to 30-minutes of Courtney’s undivided attention

    • ONE wrap-up session

      • Summary of the last 12 weeks together with suggestions moving forward

      • 15-minutes to 30-minutes of Courtney’s undivided attention

    • Option to continue bi-monthly (2 sessions/month) after completion of the 12-week commitment

  • Every other week before each follow up session, Courtney will send you a short form to complete. The form includes a series of questions assessing how you are doing that helps Courtney push you forward and keep you accountable.

    Note: If you do not complete the weekly check-in, you forfeit your follow-up note and further guidance from Courtney for that week.

    You will receive 5 weekly check ins and 5 total follow up notes (assuming you complete all weekly check in forms and show up for all follow-up sessions).

  • Guided modules will be released in your Practice Better Client Portal on the weeks you do not meet with Courtney for a follow up session. These help you stay connected and engaged throughout the program, and they also help you explore concepts we have discussed in sessions on a deeper level.

  • PRACTICE BETTER CLIENT PORTAL FEATURES

    • Food Journal

      • Courtney encourages you to use the food journal to log your intake to provide you with better feedback.

      • Extensive database:

        • 600,000+ food and beverages

        • Including 140,000+ restaurant items

      • Uses nutrition calculator: NutritionIX for most restaurants

    • Instant Messaging

      • You will have access to Courtney through the instant messaging service in the portal.

      • Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

      • If the response cannot be handled over instant messaging, Courtney will address your concerns at your next follow-up appointment.

    • HIPAA-Secure video chats

      • All sessions will be conducted through a HIPAA-secure video chat in the portal.

      • The video chat is connected to your appointment time

        • You can either access this chat on your smart phone or on a desktop computer.

      • In-person appointments by request only.

    • Feedback

      • Practice Better allows Courtney to see your journal entries and provide feedback.

      • After your first introductory session, Courtney will set individualized targets for you in the Practice Better Portal based on your specific health goals.

  • Courtney will send you numerous recipes and meal prepping strategies in weekly follow up notes, so you have everything you need to be successful.

  • Creating Balance is a monthly subscription nutrition service with a minimum 3-month commitment required at $180/month. To cancel, email courtneybuttsnutrition@gmail.com.

    If you cancel your membership, you will lose ALL access to Creating Balance, Courtney’s support, and content.
